Is OfficeAgent priced per user?
No. Each plan is one flat price for the office, not a per-seat fee. The Office plan covers up to 10 teammates for $399 a month whether three or ten people use it, so a full ten-person office pays about $40 a person on monthly billing and about $20 a person billed yearly.
What happens if we use up our agent actions?
Nothing is billed on top. When the period's actions are used up, new approvals wait until the period renews, and the desk tells you so. If you need more right away, switch to the next plan up in one click; the change applies to your existing subscription and you pay only the prorated difference.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. You can move between Assistant, Office and Enterprise in the billing portal (Billing section of your desk) at any time, and an upgrade charges only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Cancelling is one click in the same place, with no phone call and no retention script.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorised charge or a total outage we could not fix, as set out in our refund policy. The homepage demo is how you see the product before paying, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
Does yearly billing really save 50 percent?
Yes. Every yearly price is half the monthly price, rounded down to a whole dollar a month: Assistant $74 instead of $149, Office $199 instead of $399, Enterprise $399 instead of $798. The yearly amount is charged once at the start of the year.
