Fyxer costs $37 per person a month on Pro and $64 on Team billed annually, or $49 and $99 billed monthly. Superhuman Mail costs $25 a month on Starter and $33 on Business billed annually, or $30 and $40 monthly. So Superhuman is the cheaper of the two at every tier. They are also different products. Fyxer is an assistant that works inside the Gmail or Outlook you already use and records your meetings. Superhuman is a separate email app you move into.
If the prices above do not match what you read elsewhere, that is because both vendors changed their price lists and most comparisons have not caught up. Fyxer replaced its $30 Starter and $50 Professional plans with new ones in September 2026 and added a credit allowance. Superhuman became a suite with Grammarly and Docs, and its plans page now shows a Free and a $12 Pro plan that do not include the email app at all. The figures here come from each vendor's pricing page and help center.
Fyxer vs Superhuman pricing
| Plan | Billed annually, per person a month | Billed monthly | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fyxer Free | $0 | $0 | 400 credits a month for chat and meeting notes. No inbox sorting, no drafted replies |
| Fyxer Pro | $37 | $49 | Drafts in your tone, inbox labels, meeting recording, 3,000 credits a month |
| Fyxer Team | $64 | $99 | Pro plus shared follow-ups, team reporting and admin controls, 6,000 pooled credits per member. Two-seat minimum |
| Superhuman Free and Pro | $0 and $12 | $0 and $15 | Grammarly, Docs and the Go assistant. No Superhuman Mail |
| Superhuman Mail Starter | $25 ($300 a year) | $30 | The email app, shared conversations, most AI features |
| Superhuman Business | $33 ($396 a year) | $40 | Mail plus Auto Drafts, Ask AI, custom auto labels and CRM integrations |
| Enterprise, both vendors | Quoted | Quoted | Single sign-on and security terms. Fyxer's pricing FAQ gives a 50-user minimum |
One caution on Superhuman Starter. Superhuman's help center lists it at $30 a month or $300 a year, and Superhuman's own comparison page against Fyxer says Mail "starts at $25/month billed annually". The suite plans page, however, no longer shows Starter and puts Mail in Business at $33. If Starter is the plan you want, confirm it is offered at checkout before you build a budget on it.
How much does Fyxer cost after the 2026 pricing change?
Fyxer now sells three paid plans. Pro is for one person and costs $49 a month, or $37 a month billed annually, a 25 percent discount charged upfront for the year. Team costs $99 a month, or $64 billed annually, a 35 percent discount, and it needs at least two seats. Enterprise is a sales conversation. Customers on the old Starter and Professional plans can stay on them, and Fyxer calls those legacy plans.
The new part is the meter. Each paid seat comes with a monthly credit allowance: 3,000 on Pro and 6,000 per member on Team, pooled across the team. Recording a meeting costs 1 credit a minute. Sorting the inbox costs 1 credit per 5 emails. A Flow run costs 5, and analyzing a document costs 30. Drafting replies costs nothing, which matters because drafting is the main reason people buy Fyxer.
For most people the allowance is enough. Someone with 20 hours of recorded meetings and 4,500 sorted emails in a month uses 1,200 plus 900, which is 2,100 of the 3,000 credits on Pro. A person in meetings 50 hours a month uses all 3,000 on recording alone. Fyxer says it warns you at 80 and 100 percent, pauses inbox sorting first while recording continues, and sells extra credits. Until the end of a launch offer, Pro and Team get unlimited credits for the first three months, so your first quarter will not tell you what month four looks like. Our Fyxer pricing breakdown goes through the billing rules that cause surprise invoices.
How much does Superhuman cost now that it is a suite?
Superhuman is no longer only an email app. The company now sells Mail together with Grammarly, Docs and an assistant called Go, and the suite has four tiers. Free and Pro, at $12 per member a month billed annually or $15 monthly, cover Grammarly, Docs and Go. Superhuman Mail starts on the Business tier at $33 per member a month billed annually or $40 monthly, with Mail-only Starter listed in the help center at $25 annually.
The split between the two Mail plans is the thing to read closely. Starter includes the email app itself, shared conversations, team comments and most AI features. Auto Drafts, which writes replies before you ask, Ask AI, custom auto labels and the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are on Business. The Superhuman that reviews describe is the $33 plan. Our Superhuman pricing guide prices every tier.
What a team of 5 or 10 pays in a year
| Plan | 5 people, annual billing | 5 people, monthly billing for 12 months | 10 people, annual billing | 10 people, monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fyxer Pro | $2,220 | $2,940 | $4,440 | $5,880 |
| Fyxer Team | $3,840 | $5,940 | $7,680 | $11,880 |
| Superhuman Mail Starter | $1,500 | $1,800 | $3,000 | $3,600 |
| Superhuman Business | $1,980 | $2,400 | $3,960 | $4,800 |
| OfficeAgent Office (up to 10 people) | $2,388 | $4,788 | $2,388 | $4,788 |
Three things stand out. Superhuman Business for ten people costs about half of Fyxer Team. The billing term matters more on Fyxer than anywhere else in this table: ten people on Team pay $4,200 a year more for the freedom to leave monthly. And Fyxer's Pro and Team cannot be mixed inside one organization, so a ten-person office picks one price for everyone.
Is Fyxer or Superhuman better?
It depends on whether you want to keep your inbox or replace it.
Fyxer leaves you in Gmail or Outlook. It labels incoming mail, puts a drafted reply in your tone on the messages that need one, and its notetaker joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls and leaves a follow-up email in your drafts afterward. Nothing about how you open or read email changes, which is why it is an easy sell to a team that will not learn a new app. It never sends on your behalf. You review and press send.
Superhuman is a new email client. You stop opening Gmail or Outlook and work in Superhuman's apps on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android, with a split inbox, keyboard shortcuts, snippets, reminders, read statuses and shared conversations with comments for teams. On Business it also drafts replies and answers questions about your mail. People who clear hundreds of messages a day by keyboard get the most from it. Its plan comparison lists no meeting notetaker, and the suite's answer for writing help is Grammarly.
- Buy Fyxer if you want drafts and meeting notes without changing email apps, your team uses a mix of Gmail and Outlook, and you can live with a credit meter.
- Buy Superhuman if speed of triage is the goal, you are happy to move to a new client, and you want the lower per-seat price.
- Buy neither if the hours go to what happens around the email: finding a meeting time, writing the recap, filing the attachment and chasing the reply.
Neither tool is built for outbound prospecting, either. If the mail you need help with is sales sequences going out, that is a job for a cold email outreach platform, not for an inbox assistant.
Is Fyxer or Superhuman worth it for a small office?
Both are worth the money for the person they are built for. A partner who answers 120 emails a day gets real time back from Fyxer's drafts for $444 a year. A founder who lives in the inbox gets it from Superhuman for $396.
The limit they share is that both stop at the draft or the inbox. Each makes one person faster at their own email. Neither takes a task from start to finish. When a client writes asking to meet next week and send over the engagement letter, Fyxer or Superhuman helps you reply. You still check the calendar, send the invite, find the document, and remember to follow up on Thursday when nothing has come back.
OfficeAgent is built for that second half. It reads the thread, proposes times from your calendar, books the meeting once you approve, attaches or files the document, and follows up until the thread is closed, with your approval on every send. It costs $149 a month for one person or $399 a month for an office of up to ten, about half that on yearly billing ($888 and $2,388). For one heavy emailer that is more than either tool here, and Fyxer or Superhuman is the sensible buy. For an office of six to ten people it is less than Fyxer Pro and level with or below Superhuman Business, and it covers the admin around the inbox as well as the replies. Does Fyxer or Superhuman have a free plan?
Fyxer has a Free plan with 400 credits a month, enough for about six and a half hours of meeting notes, but it does not sort your inbox or draft replies. Superhuman has a Free suite plan with Grammarly, Docs and Go, but it does not include Superhuman Mail. In both cases the feature you came for starts on a paid plan: $37 a month at Fyxer and $25 to $33 at Superhuman on annual billing.
Does Fyxer have a free trial, and will it charge me?
Fyxer gives every new user a 14-day trial of the Team plan. Its help center says an account with no paid plan chosen drops to Free at the end, and also says an account that selected a plan at signup converts automatically and bills for every seat in the workspace. Fyxer's advice on reminders is to set your own. If you entered a card, cancel under Admin settings, Billing before day 14, and check the setting that adds anyone on your email domain to your organization, which Fyxer names as the most common cause of unexpected charges.
