Sintra X costs $97 for a month, $177 for three months or $624 for a year at regular prices, billed upfront for the whole term, and the pricing page currently shows sale rates of $48.50, $23.60 and $15.60 a month against those. Every plan includes all 12 AI helpers and 250 credits a month, and that allowance is shared by everyone in the workspace. There is no free plan; the safety net is a 14-day money-back guarantee that you have to claim from support.
Those are the numbers from sintra.ai/pricing and from Sintra's own help center, and they differ from a lot of what ranks for this search in two ways. First, individual helper plans are gone. The help center says plainly, "We no longer offer Individual/Solo Helper plans", so articles that tell you to start with one helper at $39 a month are describing a product you cannot buy. Second, the headline price is the smaller half of the decision. What you are really buying is 250 credits a month, and the help center publishes what each action costs, which lets you work out whether that allowance lasts a month or a long weekend.
How much does Sintra AI cost per month?
There is one plan, Sintra X, sold on three term lengths. The sale price is what the pricing page shows today; the regular price is what the help center lists.
| Term | Sale price shown | Charged upfront at sale price | Regular price (help center) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | $48.50/mo | $48.50 | $97 per month |
| 3 months | $23.60/mo | $70.80 | $177 per 3 months ($59/mo) |
| 12 months | $15.60/mo | $187.20 | $624 per year ($52/mo) |
Every term includes the same things: all 12 helpers, unlimited workspaces, 15+ integrations, 24/7 support, the 14-day money-back guarantee and 250 credits a month. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing location.
The question to settle before you pay is what the renewal costs. The pricing page labels its rates as a sale ("Save 70%" on the annual term), and neither the pricing page nor the help center article on plans says whether a renewal bills at the sale rate or the regular one. For a 12-month plan that is the gap between $187.20 and $624. Budget year two at the regular price until Sintra confirms otherwise in writing, and put a reminder in your calendar a couple of weeks before the renewal date.
What do Sintra credits actually buy?
A credit, in Sintra's words, is "an energy bar your Helper uses to work." The help center lists the cost of each action, which is more than most AI vendors publish, so you can do the math rather than guess:
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Chatting with a helper | 0.1 to 1, depending on thread length |
| Saving information to Brain AI | 0.1 |
| Scraping a website | 0.5 |
| Generating an image | 0.5 to 1.8, depending on quality |
| Creating a social media post in chat | 1 |
| Retrieving an email | 1 |
| Running a scheduled task | 1 to 20+, depending on complexity |
| Creating an agent helper | 5 to 10 |
| Building a single-page website | 15 to 20 |
| Building a complex multi-page website | 25 to 40 |
| Generating a 15-second UGC video | about 40 |
Some things cost nothing: answering guided questions, Daily Ideas, scheduling and publishing social posts, adding snippets or files to Brain AI yourself, and setting up automations. So the setup is free, and the meter starts once the helpers begin doing work.
Now put the 250 against real use. Six short UGC videos use roughly 240 credits, which is nearly the whole month. A daily scheduled task at around 8 credits uses 240 in 30 days. And the one that matters most for office work: retrieving an email costs 1 credit, so a routine where Vizzy or Emmie reads 15 emails a working day burns about 330 credits in a 22-day month, more than the allowance, before a single reply has been drafted. Light, occasional chat is cheap. Anything on a schedule or anything reading your inbox is not.
Is the 250 credits per user or per workspace?
Per workspace. The help center says team members sharing a workspace draw from the same credit pool, and credits cannot be moved between accounts. Credits reset every month on the day your subscription started, even on 3-month and 12-month terms, and unused credits do not roll over. A quiet month does not save anything for a busy one.
One more detail from the same article is worth knowing. The credit allowance can vary with where you signed up, meaning the web versus the Apple App Store or Google Play, so check the number on your own billing screen rather than assuming.
What happens when Sintra runs out of credits?
Your helpers stop. Sintra shows a pop-up when you are running low, and at zero the helpers stop working until the monthly reset or until you add credits.
Adding credits is where the billing model gets sticky. Top-ups are sold only as plans, not one-off packs, and they are non-refundable. When you add one, you pay for it today and your monthly renewal price goes up to include it. You can remove it later and keep the extra credits for the rest of that month, but if you forget, the higher price keeps billing. Sintra lists the available top-up plans inside your billing screen rather than in the help article. Independent write-ups report about $10 per 100 credits; treat that as a rough guide and read the actual price at checkout.
Can you get a refund from Sintra?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, and only by asking. The help center is explicit that canceling your subscription does not issue a refund. You have to contact Sintra support inside the 14-day window and request the money back. Canceling in the app just stops the renewal. Top-ups, as above, are non-refundable.
That makes the first two weeks your real evaluation window. Use it to run the one routine you care about most, at the volume you would actually use it, and read the credit counter every day. If the counter says 250 will not last the month, you have learned the true price of Sintra for your business while you can still get the money back.
Is Sintra AI worth it for a small business?
For a solo owner who wants help with marketing chores at low volume, yes, and on the annual sale rate it is cheap. The 12 helpers cover real work: Soshie for social media, Penn for copywriting, Seomi for SEO, Emmie for email marketing, Cassie for customer support, Dexter for data analysis, Buddy for business development, Milli for sales, Commet for ecommerce, Scouty for recruiting, Gigi for personal development and Vizzy as a virtual assistant. If you use a few of them for occasional drafts and ideas, 250 credits goes a reasonable distance, and $187.20 for a year is a small bet.
It is a weak fit in three cases. If you want one job done properly at volume, a specialist usually beats a bundle. A business that needs a steady stream of ranking articles, for example, is better served by an AI blog writer that researches keywords and publishes on a schedule than by one helper sharing 250 credits with eleven others. If several people will share the workspace, remember they share one pool. And if what you really want is admin work handled every day (inbox, meetings, documents, follow-ups), the per-email credit cost is exactly the wrong meter for that job.
That last case is the one we build for, so here is our pitch, and you can weigh it. Officeagent costs $149 a month for one person or $399 for an office of up to ten, with no credits. It reads the inbox, drafts replies, books meetings, files documents and chases follow-ups, and it holds every outgoing action for your approval. It is far more expensive than Sintra's sale rate, and for occasional marketing help Sintra is the better buy. Once the work is daily inbox and office admin, a flat price stops the meter from deciding how much work gets done.
Sintra vs Lindy vs a flat-priced assistant
Sintra is usually shortlisted next to Lindy, and the two are metered in very different ways. Lindy Plus is $29.99 per user per month with 3,000 credits added to a shared team pool, top-ups at $10 per 1,000 credits, and optional overages billed at twice the normal rate. Sintra X is one workspace plan with 250 credits, whatever the headcount. Lindy gives a single user far more credits but costs more per head and expects someone to build the workflows; Sintra is cheaper and ready-made, but with a much tighter allowance. We compare Lindy in full on Lindy AI assistant review and alternatives, and the whole category, Sintra included, on AI personal assistant for business.
| Sintra X | Lindy Plus | Officeagent | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $15.60/mo on the annual sale, billed $187.20 upfront; regular $624/yr | $29.99 per user per month | $149/mo solo, $399/mo up to 10 teammates |
| Usage allowance | 250 credits a month for the whole workspace | 3,000 credits per user, pooled | No credit meter |
| When it runs out | Helpers stop; recurring top-up plans | Pauses; $10 per 1,000 top-ups or 2x overages | Not applicable |

Questions to ask Sintra before you buy
- Does my plan renew at the sale price or the regular $97, $177 or $624?
- How many credits does my plan get, given where I am signing up (web, App Store or Google Play)?
- What do the top-up plans cost, and how do I remove one before it renews?
- If three of us share the workspace, can I see who used which credits?
- How many credits does my most important scheduled task use per run?
Get the renewal answer in writing. On an annual plan it is worth more than the rest of the list put together.
