Mail write access places drafts in the Drafts folder, and sending is exercised only at the moment a human clicks Approve. Yes, natively. Each shared mailbox is connected individually, triaged by its own rules, and every draft is written under the shared identity and routed to a named approver. Nothing sends without that approval.
Can it schedule Microsoft Teams meetings?
Yes. It reads availability from your Outlook calendar, proposes slots in the guest's time zone and, once you approve, sends the invite with the Teams link attached. Reschedules follow the same approve-first path.
What does our Microsoft 365 admin need to do?
Review and consent to the delegated Graph permissions once, which takes a few minutes. After that, individual users sign in with their normal Microsoft accounts. Access is revocable from the admin center at any time.
