Calendly Pricing and Calendly Cost per Seat on Every Plan

Calendly has four price points most guides list and two they miss. Here is every plan in US dollars, what a team actually pays in a year, where the AI tier earns its extra $8 a seat, and when a different kind of tool is the better buy.

$10 to $16 per seat a month on Standard and Teams, billed yearly $18 to $24 per seat a month on the Plus tiers with Callie and Notetaker, billed yearly $15,000 a year, the Enterprise floor, from 50 seats
How it works

In one answer

Calendly pricing starts with a free plan for one person and one event type. Standard costs $10 per seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, and Teams costs $16 yearly or $20 monthly. Adding Callie and Notetaker turns those into Standard Plus at $18 ($24 monthly) and Teams Plus at $24 ($32). Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year with a 50-seat minimum.

How much does Calendly cost per month

Calendly charges per seat, and a seat is anyone who connects a calendar and hosts meetings. The people booking time with you never need one. So the bill is simply the number of hosts multiplied by the plan price, and the only two decisions are which plan and whether you pay monthly or once a year.

Billed yearly, Standard is $10 per seat a month and Teams is $16. Billed monthly, the same plans are $12 and $20. That makes annual billing about 17 percent cheaper on Standard and 20 percent cheaper on Teams, which is the "Save 17%" and "Save 20%" badge on Calendly's own page. A single person on Standard therefore pays $120 a year or $144 if they go month to month.

Since 2026 there is a second row of prices that most pricing articles have not caught up with. A toggle on the pricing page labeled "Add Notetaker & Callie" switches each paid plan to a Plus version. Standard Plus is $18 per seat a month billed yearly or $24 monthly, and Teams Plus is $24 yearly or $32 monthly. If you are reading a guide that tops out at $20 a seat, it is describing the plans without the AI layer.

What each Calendly plan includes

Free is genuinely usable for one person with one kind of meeting. You get one event type, one connected calendar, one-on-one scheduling, a customizable booking page and the browser extension. The moment you need a second meeting length or a second calendar, you are on a paid plan.

Standard removes those limits. It adds unlimited event types, several connected calendars, automated reminders and follow-ups, HubSpot and Mailchimp connections, and payment collection through Stripe and PayPal at the point of booking. For a solo consultant, a therapist taking paid sessions or a small professional practice, Standard is usually the whole answer.

Teams is the plan for more than one host sharing the work. It adds round-robin and collective scheduling, lead qualification and routing forms, centrally managed event types that admins control, Marketo and Pardot, and writing meetings into Salesforce. SSO is listed as an optional add-on on Teams, and Calendly does not print a price for it, so ask for one before you commit.

Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year and, per the tooltip on the pricing page, at 50 seats, so it is a contract rather than a plan you pick. It brings SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, Salesforce routing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and dedicated support. At exactly 50 seats the floor works out to $300 per seat a year, or $25 a month.

Calendly Standard Plus and Teams Plus with Callie and Notetaker

The Plus tiers exist to sell two AI products. Notetaker joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, records and transcribes them, writes a recap with action items and pre-drafts a follow-up email. Callie, which Calendly still labels beta, is "an AI assistant that schedules over email": you copy [email protected] onto a thread and it suggests times, coordinates the replies and books the meeting. Both work in English only.

The cost of that layer is easy to work out from the published prices. On annual billing it is $8 per seat a month on either plan ($18 against $10, $24 against $16). On monthly billing it is $12 per seat on either plan. Over a year that is $96 per seat on annual terms, or $144 per seat paying monthly. On Enterprise both products read "Inquire", which means they are negotiated into the contract rather than listed.

The practical buying question is who on the team actually needs it. Calendly prices Plus per plan, so read the order form carefully before assuming you can put three people on Teams Plus and seven on Teams. If only the people running sales calls want Notetaker, a separate notetaker for just those seats can cost less than lifting the whole team. Our Fireflies vs Otter vs Fathom comparison prices the standalone options.

What a Calendly team actually pays in a year

Per-seat prices hide the number finance will ask about, which is the annual total. The table further down this page works it out at 5, 10, 20 and 50 seats for every plan, on both billing terms. Three patterns are worth noticing before you read it.

  • Monthly billing costs a 10-person Teams account $480 more a year than annual billing ($2,400 against $1,920). Pay monthly only if headcount is genuinely uncertain.
  • The AI layer roughly doubles a Standard bill. Ten seats go from $1,200 a year to $2,160 on annual terms, and from $1,440 to $2,880 on monthly terms.
  • At 50 seats, Teams Plus billed yearly is $14,400, which sits just under the $15,000 Enterprise floor. Teams that need SSO, audit logs or domain control should get an Enterprise quote at that size, because the gap is smaller than it looks.

Hidden costs and billing rules to check before you buy

Calendly is a cleaner bill than most software in this category, but a few things catch buyers out. The 14-day trial on a paid plan ends by dropping you to Free rather than charging you, which is friendly, but it also means event types beyond the first stop working on the day the trial ends unless someone upgrades. If you invited colleagues into the trial, they are downgraded at the same moment.

Seats are the meter that grows quietly. Every person who needs their own booking link or appears in a round-robin pool needs a seat, so a sales team that adds two reps adds two seats at whatever plan the account is on. Admins who only manage settings should be checked with Calendly before you count them, because seat rules for admin-only users are a common renewal surprise across scheduling tools.

Finally, budget for the add-ons that are not printed. The Teams SSO add-on has no public price, and on Enterprise both AI products are quoted. Anything without a published number belongs in writing on the order form before you sign, not in an assumption.

Is Calendly worth paying for

For inbound booking, yes. If the meetings come to you, from a website visitor, a lead form or a client who is happy to click a link and pick a slot, Calendly at $10 to $16 a seat is excellent value and we would not try to talk you out of it. Round-robin routing for a sales team alone justifies Teams.

Where it gets weaker is the meeting that starts as an email thread with someone who will not click a link: a senior client, a board member, a candidate who has already sent three times that suit them. Callie is Calendly's answer to that, and it is worth trialing if you already live in Calendly. The limit is that Callie schedules. It does not draft the rest of your replies, file what came out of the meeting or chase the follow-ups afterward.

That is the gap OfficeAgent fills. It reads the thread in Gmail or Outlook, proposes times from your real calendar, books once you approve, then writes the recap and chases the follow-ups until the thread closes. It costs $149 a month for one person ($888 a year) or $399 a month for an office of up to ten people ($2,388 a year). It is not a cheaper Calendly, and for pure booking links it is the wrong purchase. It is the right one when scheduling is one of several admin jobs eating someone's day. How to choose a Calendly plan in five minutes

Most teams can settle this without a sales call. Work through these in order and stop at the first one that decides it.

  • One person, one kind of meeting, no payments: stay on Free.
  • One host or a few independent hosts, several meeting types or paid bookings: Standard at $10 a seat billed yearly.
  • Several people sharing inbound demand, leads that need routing, or Salesforce: Teams at $16 a seat billed yearly.
  • Hosts who want call recordings and recaps, or want an assistant on email threads: price the Plus tier against a standalone tool for only those seats.
  • Fifty or more seats, or a security review that requires SSO, audit logs and domain control: ask for an Enterprise quote and compare it with Teams Plus at your headcount.

Calendly annual cost by team size. Per-seat prices read from calendly.com/pricing in US dollars; totals are seats multiplied by price for twelve months.

Questions on this

How much does Calendly cost per month?

Calendly costs $10 per seat a month on Standard and $16 on Teams when billed yearly, or $12 and $20 billed monthly. The Plus versions with Callie and Notetaker cost $18 and $24 billed yearly, or $24 and $32 monthly. The Free plan costs nothing, and Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year.

Is Calendly free?

Calendly has a free plan, but it is limited to one host, one event type and one connected calendar, with one-on-one meetings only. That covers a single person with a single kind of meeting. A second event type, a second calendar, payments or any team scheduling requires Standard at $10 per seat a month billed yearly.

Is Calendly cost per user?

Yes. Calendly charges per seat, and a seat is a person who connects a calendar and hosts meetings. People who book time with you never need a seat or an account. A ten-person team on Teams billed yearly therefore pays ten times $16, which is $160 a month or $1,920 a year.

What is the difference between Calendly Standard and Teams?

Standard is for individual hosts and adds unlimited event types, multiple calendars, reminders, payments and HubSpot. Teams adds what shared scheduling needs: round-robin and collective events, lead routing forms, admin-managed event types, Salesforce and Marketo. Standard is $10 a seat billed yearly and Teams is $16.

How much does Calendly Teams cost?

Calendly Teams costs $16 per seat a month billed yearly, which is $192 per seat a year, or $20 per seat billed monthly. Teams Plus, which adds Callie and Notetaker, is $24 billed yearly or $32 monthly. A ten-seat team pays $1,920 a year on Teams or $2,880 on Teams Plus with annual billing.

How much does Calendly Enterprise cost?

Calendly Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year, and the pricing page notes that it starts at 50 seats, which is $300 per seat a year at the minimum. It adds SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and dedicated support. Notetaker and Callie are quoted on Enterprise.

Does Calendly have a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, and you can invite colleagues into it at no cost. When the trial ends the account drops to the Free plan automatically rather than charging you, so anything beyond one event type stops working until someone upgrades from the billing page.

Is Calendly worth paying for?

For inbound booking links, routing and paid appointments, Calendly is worth its $10 to $16 a seat and is hard to beat. It is less useful when meetings start in email threads with people who will not use a link, or when scheduling is one of many admin tasks, which is where an AI office assistant such as OfficeAgent fits better.
