Reclaim is the closest like-for-like Clockwise alternative

If your team mostly used Clockwise to protect focus time and keep recurring internal meetings in sensible places, Reclaim is the replacement, and it is not close. It schedules Focus Time around your meetings, runs recurring habits such as a daily planning block, adds buffers and travel time, finds the best slot for recurring one-to-ones across both calendars, syncs personal and work calendars, and updates your Slack status from the calendar. Clockwise itself pointed its customers to Reclaim when it announced the shutdown.

Reclaim is owned by Dropbox, which bought it in August 2024, and it has stayed on its own brand. That matters here more than usual. The reason you are shopping is that a calendar tool got acquired and switched off, so the ownership and roadmap of the next one deserve a look. Reclaim has been inside Dropbox for two years without a shutdown or a rebrand, which is about as much reassurance as any vendor offers.

Pricing, billed annually: Lite is free for one user with a one-week scheduling range, Starter is $10 per seat per month for up to 10 seats, Business is $15 for up to 100 seats with unlimited calendar syncs and scheduling links, and Enterprise is $22 above 100 seats with SSO and SCIM. Billed monthly, Starter is $12 and Business is $18. Reclaim also meters AI Agents per seat (10 on Starter, 100 on Business), so check that allowance against how heavily your team used Clockwise automations.

One thing you will not get now is the migration discount. Reclaim offered to match Clockwise pricing for a 12-month term to customers who moved by June 30, 2026. That window has closed, so budget at list price. Motion for teams that want tasks scheduled too

Motion goes further than Clockwise did. Where Clockwise rearranged meetings to open up focus time, Motion takes your task list with deadlines and durations and places the work itself into the calendar, then rebuilds the plan whenever a meeting moves. For a team that used Clockwise Focus Time as a rough proxy for "time to do my actual work", Motion answers the underlying need more directly.

It costs more. Motion is $19 per seat per month for Pro AI and $29 for Business AI on monthly billing, with a "save 33%" option for annual billing. Each seat carries a monthly allowance of AI credits (7,500 on Pro AI, 15,000 on Business AI), with overage charged per 100 credits. There is no free tier. For a ten-person team that is $2,280 a year on Pro AI at the monthly rate against $1,200 for Reclaim Starter billed annually, so only switch to Motion if you will use the task layer. Replacing Clockwise scheduling links

Clockwise scheduling links were a side feature for most customers, and they are the easiest piece to replace. Start with what you already pay for. Google Calendar appointment schedules and Microsoft Bookings are included in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business plans and handle straightforward "pick a time with me" links at no extra cost.

If you need routing between several people, lead qualification before a booking, or payment at booking, Calendly is the standard: Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually ($12 monthly) and Teams is $16 annually ($20 monthly). Reclaim Business also includes scheduling links, so a team already buying Reclaim for focus time may not need a separate booking tool at all. Scheduling meetings with people outside your company

Here is the gap many teams only notice after the shutdown. Clockwise was very good at rearranging meetings among people inside one organization whose calendars it could see. It did very little for the meeting that starts in an email thread with a client, a candidate or a vendor, where someone has to read the context, propose times, absorb a reschedule, send the invite and chase the person who never confirmed. For that meeting a focus-time optimizer and a booking link both fall short, because the other side is never going to click your link.

That is the job OfficeAgent does. It reads the thread in Gmail or Outlook, drafts a reply with times that fit real availability, and books the meeting and sends the invite once a person clicks approve. Nothing goes out without that approval. It also writes the recap after the call and chases the follow-up until someone replies, which is the part of scheduling that eats the most admin time. We are not a Focus Time replacement and will not pretend to be one. If your team relied on Clockwise to defend deep work, buy Reclaim or Motion for that. If you also have an executive or an office manager spending hours a week on external scheduling by email, that is a separate purchase, and it is the one we are built for. How to replace Clockwise in one afternoon

Most teams that moved off Clockwise well did it in the same order. Keep it boring, and do not let a one-week shutdown push you into a year-long contract for features nobody used.

• List the features people actually used. Ask the team, do not guess. Focus Time and Slack status are usually the top two.
• Check what you already own. The Workspace or Microsoft 365 scheduler may cover your booking links for free.
• Pick one calendar tool for focus time. Reclaim for the closest match, Motion if you also want tasks scheduled.
• Rebuild focus rules centrally. Clockwise deleted its settings, so write the team's no-meeting hours down once and apply them in the new tool.
• Price the external-scheduling gap separately. If someone negotiates meetings by email for hours a week, that is an assistant job, not a calendar job.
