Reclaim AI Pricing and Motion vs Reclaim Cost per Seat

Every Reclaim plan in US dollars, yearly and monthly, the 10-seat cap that doubles a growing team's bill, what attendee units add, and how the totals compare with Motion for 1 to 50 people.

$10 per seat a month on Starter, billed yearly ($12 monthly), up to 10 seats $15 per seat a month on Business, billed yearly ($18 monthly), up to 100 seats 16.7% real saving on yearly billing, against the 20 and 29 percent Reclaim's own page states
How it works

In one answer

Reclaim AI pricing starts with a free Lite plan for one user. Starter costs $10 per seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, Business costs $15 or $18, and Enterprise is $22 per seat through sales. Starter stops at 10 seats, so an 11th person moves the whole team to Business. Motion costs more at every size: $19 or $29 per seat yearly, and $29 or $49 paying monthly.

How much does Reclaim AI cost per seat

Reclaim charges per seat, and a seat is a person whose calendar Reclaim manages. There are four plans. Lite is free for one user. Starter is $10 per seat a month billed yearly or $12 billed monthly. Business is $15 yearly or $18 monthly. Enterprise is listed at $22 per seat and sold through a sales conversation.

The yearly discount is smaller than the page suggests. The billing toggle says "Save 20%", and the FAQ further down says annual billing is 29 percent cheaper. Do the arithmetic on the printed prices and both paid plans come out the same: $10 against $12 and $15 against $18 is a 16.7 percent saving. A new-user banner offering 30 percent off Starter and Business was also running when we read the page, so the price at checkout can be lower than the list price for a first purchase. Budget on the list price and treat the promotion as a bonus.

One seat on Starter costs $120 a year on yearly billing or $144 paying monthly. One seat on Business costs $180 or $216.

What each Reclaim plan includes

The plans differ on four meters more than on features: how many people can be on the account, how many AI agents each seat can run, how far ahead Reclaim will schedule, and how many scheduling links you can share.

Lite is free forever for a single user. It includes 5 AI agents (the Focus Time, Habits, Buffer Time, Smart Meeting and Meeting Quality agents), a scheduling range of one week and one scheduling link. It is a real product for one person who wants focus blocks defended on a busy calendar, and many individuals never leave it.

Starter raises that to 10 AI agents per seat, an 8 week scheduling range and 3 scheduling links, and opens every task integration: Google Tasks, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear. It allows a team of up to 10 seats.

Business allows up to 100 seats, with 100 AI agents per seat, a 12 week range, unlimited scheduling links and calendar syncs, and webhooks on top of the integrations. Enterprise is for companies past that size and adds unlimited agents, single sign-on with SCIM provisioning and domain capture, which adds anyone on your email domain to the company account.

Reclaim offers a 14-day trial of the paid features. It has been a Dropbox company since August 2024, which matters to buyers who lost Clockwise when its acquirer shut it down. Our Clockwise alternative guide covers that switch.

The 10-seat cap that changes the bill

Starter is capped at 10 seats, and this is the number that catches growing teams. Ten people on Starter cost $1,200 a year on yearly billing. Add an eleventh and the whole account has to move to Business, because plans apply to the team and not to individual seats. Eleven seats on Business cost $1,980 a year, so one hire raises the bill by $780, or 65 percent.

If you are at eight or nine seats today and hiring, price the purchase on Business from the start. The comparison you care about is 15 seats at $2,700 a year, and Starter's $10 is a number you will only pay for a few months.

The second thing to check is attendee units. Reclaim's Smart Meetings find a time across everyone invited, and for meetings of three or more people, attendees without a paid Reclaim seat count against a pool of attendee units. Extra units are sold in packs: 3 for $8 a month on Starter ($10 on monthly billing), 6 for $12 on Business ($15 monthly) and 10 for $18 on Enterprise, and Reclaim says each pack comes with one seat you can assign to a teammate. The pricing page still states that attendee units are free through July 31, a date that has passed, so ask sales whether the promotion was extended before you rely on it. Two-person meetings never use units.

Motion vs Reclaim pricing

Motion is the tool Reclaim buyers compare it with most, and Motion costs more at every team size. The figure most articles quote for Motion, $19 a seat, is the yearly rate for a team. Paying monthly, Motion Pro AI is $29 per seat and Business AI is $49. Yearly, they are $19 and $29. A single person buying Motion alone pays more again: $29 a month yearly or $49 monthly for Pro AI.

So the gap is wider than it looks. Ten people cost $1,200 a year on Reclaim Starter and $2,280 on Motion Pro AI, both on yearly billing. Paying monthly, it is $1,440 against $3,480. Motion also meters AI credits, 7,500 per seat a month on Pro AI and 15,000 on Business AI, with overage at 25 cents and 19 cents per 100 credits. Reclaim meters agents per seat but has no usage overage on its price list.

Price is not the whole decision, because the two tools do different jobs. Reclaim defends blocks inside the week you already planned: focus time, habits, buffers and flexible one-on-ones. Motion takes your task list and rebuilds the day around it, and it includes projects, docs and Gantt views that Reclaim does not try to offer. Our Motion pricing breakdown has the credit math, and the Reclaim review and the Motion review go deeper on fit.

  • Choose Reclaim when the calendar is the problem, you want a free plan to test with, or you need the lowest per-seat price for a team of 2 to 100.
  • Choose Motion when the task list is the problem and you want one tool to plan projects and schedule the work, and you accept a higher price and a credit meter.
  • Choose neither when the time goes to email threads, meeting follow-ups and documents, which no calendar planner touches.

Reclaim AI discounts for students, nonprofits and startups

Reclaim publishes four discounts, each by application. Students, educators and faculty get 50 percent off for 12 months. Qualified nonprofits get 20 percent off for three years, and qualified startups get the same 20 percent for three years. Teams switching from Clockwise, Motion or Calendly get 20 percent off for six months.

A ten-person nonprofit on Business would pay $1,440 a year on yearly billing in place of $1,800. A five-person startup on Starter would pay $480 in place of $600. Reclaim does not say on the page whether these stack with the yearly rate or the new-user promotion, so confirm it in writing before you sign.

Is Reclaim AI worth paying for

For a person or team whose calendar is the bottleneck, yes, and at $10 to $15 a seat it is one of the cheaper tools in the category. The free plan makes the test easy: run Lite for two weeks and see whether your focus blocks survive. If they do, Starter is a small step. We go through the case for and against in is Reclaim AI worth it.

It is the wrong purchase when the calendar is fine and the hours go somewhere else. Reclaim moves blocks around. It does not answer the client who emailed three possible times, write the recap after the call, file the signed document or chase the person who has not replied. In a small office those jobs take more of the week than calendar tetris does.

That is the work OfficeAgent does. It reads the thread in Gmail or Outlook, proposes times from your real calendar, books the meeting once you approve, then writes the recap and follows up until the thread closes. It costs $149 a month for one person ($888 a year) or $399 a month for an office of up to ten people ($2,388 a year). Per seat that is more than Reclaim and we will not pretend otherwise. It earns the difference only when scheduling is one of several admin jobs eating someone's day. See the AI meeting scheduling page for how it works, or the best AI scheduling assistant roundup for the whole field, and if your meetings mostly arrive through booking links, the Calendly pricing breakdown is the comparison you want.

Reclaim AI and Motion annual cost by team size. Reclaim prices read from reclaim.ai/pricing in both billing states; Motion from the plan data on usemotion.com/pricing. Totals are seats multiplied by price for twelve months.
